How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are looking into expanding our shipping options to more international destinations in the near future.
What should I do if my items arrive broken?
While we pack our fragile items with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and broken items for a free replacement.
Are your products safe for the microwave and oven?
Yes, our ceramic collections are fully vitrified, making them safe for use in the microwave, oven (up to 350°F), and dishwasher. Avoid placing cold ceramics directly into a preheated oven to prevent thermal shock.
